An agreement was reached between Noble and Odfjell, which has been signed by all three unions. As a result, 25 of our colleagues will now transfer to Odfjell. At SAFE in Noble, we, along with the rest of the team, wish these colleagues all the best for their future endeavours and hope everything works out well for them. Their departure is a significant loss for the company, and they will be missed.

Looking ahead, SAFE in Noble is focusing on the future. We are preparing to reintegrate several colleagues onto the two remaining rigs and significantly expand the relief pool. Discussions are already underway to minimize disruption for both the existing crews and those coming from the Inspirer. Additionally, we will be saying goodbye to several colleagues who have been helping out on six-week contracts over the past months. We hope they will soon return on permanent contracts.

We were in the office this week and had meetings with various management and we emphasised the treatment of the guys on Inspirer with lack of information even if it was to say no news, anything is better than just getting told nothing. They did agree lessons should be learned from this and they were hoping to do something for the guys but lets not hold our breath.
