Strong Start Backed by Growing Membership

In the weeks leading up to our SAFE i Noble Annual Meeting, we were pleased to see a significant increase in membership. This growth meant we entered the meeting in a very strong position, with clear backing from our members. It gave us the confidence and mandate to think big, plan ambitiously, and engage in discussions throughout the week with strength and purpose — always focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our members.

Day One: A Strong Start ✅
We kicked off our SAFE i Noble Annual Meeting with a great first day and a highly productive session with the office. Important groundwork was laid, and with a full agenda ahead — including club business, tariff discussions, and key meetings — the energy and engagement set a strong tone for the days to come. A promising start to an important week.

Day Two: Progress, Transition, and Engagement ✅
Day two proved to be just as productive as we continued working through essential club business and made significant progress across several key areas.
A meaningful transition also took place within our board. We extended our sincere thanks to Barbro for her dedicated service and commitment, and we were pleased to warmly welcome Frank as our newest board member. These moments underline how important every member’s vote is within SAFE i Noble — each one plays a role in shaping the direction and leadership of our club.
We concluded the day with an insightful and constructive meeting with KHVO Anders Blom, rounding off a strong and successful day.

Final Day: Looking Ahead with Confidence ✅
On the final day of our annual meeting, we completed our internal club planning and set priorities for the year ahead. We then held an open and constructive meeting with Erik Evensgaard, Operations Manager.
As always, discussions with management were honest, direct, and professional, and on nearly all points we found strong alignment. The meeting was particularly positive, with encouraging news regarding contracts. We agreed that this is the right time to begin taking a longer-term view on how we can continue to improve the working environment — benefiting both employees and the company.
With more rigs coming, more colleagues joining, and stronger support functions developing, there is a real opportunity to build a safer, more sustainable, and more supportive working environment going forward.
Planning meetings will begin in the near future, covering all aspects of bringing the rig up to Norwegian standards and securing necessary approvals. This will include discussions with the unions regarding manning. While the contract has only recently been awarded and work has not yet started, the company is already well positioned thanks to the solid preparation carried out during the Equinor tender process late last year.

Busy and exciting times lie ahead. Change is coming, and many new colleagues will be joining us. As a club, SAFE i Noble remains fully committed to approaching these changes constructively — ensuring that job security and a good working environment always go hand in hand.
